I cannot sign in
Almost every failed sign-in is one of three things: the wrong email, a password you chose somewhere else, or a reset link that has expired. Here is how to tell them apart.
Practice and Timed modes
Two modes, two jobs. Practice teaches while you answer; Timed measures whether the teaching took. Most people need both, in that order.
The 3D model will not load
The atlas needs WebGL and a fair amount of memory. When the viewer stays empty, it is almost always the browser or the device rather than the model.
I bought the course but a section is still locked
Access is refreshed when you sign in. If a purchase landed while you were already signed in, the app is still holding the old answer — and signing out and back in settles it.
Setting your exam date
The exam date drives the countdown on the dashboard and the order the study plan suggests topics in. It takes a moment to set and can be changed as often as you need.
Changing your password
We send a reset link rather than asking for the old password, so the new one never travels through the app.
