The 3D model will not load
The atlas needs WebGL and a fair amount of memory. When the viewer stays empty, it is almost always the browser or the device rather than the model.
Models are large files rendered in the browser. On a desktop machine they load in a few seconds; on a phone with little free memory the biggest ones can fail to start at all, usually without an error to explain why.
- Try a different browser — a private window rules out an extension blocking WebGL.
- Try a desktop machine if you have one to hand.
- Close other tabs: the memory the model needs is the memory they are holding.
- Check that hardware acceleration is on in your browser settings.
The lessons do not depend on it
Every organ page lists the lessons that use it, and the labels on the model match the terms in those lessons. If the viewer will not run on your device, the same material is in the lesson text.
